Regarding to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No.1/2011 of Diamond Roofing Tiles Public Company Limited held on January 12, 2011, has passed the resolution to change the company name to be "บริษัท ผลิตภัณฑ์ตราเพชร จำกัด (มหาชน)" and the name of the Company in English is "Diamond Building Products Public Company Limited". The stock symbol for trading of Company's security shall remain the same, namely "DRT".

We would like to inform that the new company name had been registered on January 18, 2011, the relevant documents of which are shown in the attachments 1-3, herewith.
